After ninety (90) days from opening an E-ZPass account, both single and multiple transponder accounts will replenish at a rate subject to your monthly average. Your account replenishment rate is based on the previous ninety-day usage, and is recalculated on the first of each month. The minimum balance for auto-replenishment is 25% of your ninety-day average.
