Violation Instructions

If you are an Indiana E-ZPass account holder and have received a toll violation notice from a toll agency other than Indiana Toll Road, please follow these steps:

1. Update form of payment and process a payment to bring account back to valid
2. Make sure vehicle license plate number is correct on account
3. Generate Tag Status Report
4. Contact agency to pay TOLL AMOUNTS ONLY

To dispute Illinois Tollway violations, please fill out an affidavit of non-liability, and then mail your Tag Status Report to the address listed on the affidavit.
