What is replenishment?

Replenishment is an automatic payment applied to your account using the valid form of payment on file to cover toll charges and any applicable account fees. All accounts are subject to replenishment.

When is my replenishment amount calculated?

The replenishment amount is calculated on the first of each month.

How is my replenishment amount determined?

For new accounts, a base replenishment amount is determined by the transponder class purchased and is used during the first month of the account while sufficient toll activity is established to calculate an average monthly usage.

For established accounts, it is calculated using either the average of your last three (3) months of toll activity or the base replenishment amount for the account, whichever is higher.

How is the low-balance limit determined?

The low-balance limit is equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the replenishment amount and is automatically adjusted each month.

How can I view my replenishment calculation and monthly activity?

To view your monthly activity and how your replenishment amount is calculated, click here to access the make a payment page. The monthly activity chart will not appear until the Recalculate button is pressed. The chart displays the past twelve (12) months of activity and highlights the most recent three (3) months used in the replenishment calculation. Travel from the current month is not displayed on the chart. Chart totals may differ slightly from the totals shown on your statement.
