Pending Activation

The transponder has been issued but has not yet been activated and cannot be used for toll transactions until activation is complete. You can activate your transponder here.

 

Low-Balance

The E-ZPass account balance is nearing exhaustion due to an issue with the form of payment on file. To avoid going into an invalid status, you must review and update your payment information here.
 

Invalid

The E-ZPass account does not have sufficient funds to cover toll transactions. To bring the account back into good standing and avoid potential violations, you must review and update your payment information here. A rejected or declined payment may result in a $25 fee being applied to the account.
 

Lost/Stolen

The transponder has been reported lost or stolen and has been deactivated to prevent unauthorized use. If you would like to request activation of a lost/stolen transponder, please contact Customer Service at accounthelp@indianatollroad.org.
 

Inactive

An inactive status indicates that the transponder has been deactivated. Once placed in an inactive status, the transponder may not be reactivated.
 

Please note: All status changes may take up to 72 hours to become effective across all partner agencies.
